Through daily & weekly journal prompts you will be able to begin to notice patterns in your child's behavior & identify which sensory strategies are most helpful.

This journal is perfect for parents who are are currently working with an OT (or looking to work with an OT in the future) who are eager to learn how to support their child's unique needs, and then teach their children how to understand & support their unique systems themselves.

Animal Walk Cards are an excellent tool to have on hand to get some extra muscle work in throughout the day to improve self regulation.

You don't have to have any fancy tools - just some space & a few minutes to make a big impact.

Easily incorporate these walks to when your child is..

+ Struggling to sit down at the table for dinner

We've created 8 different types of animal walks for you to choose from. Simply pick a card from the deck, set a distance, and do the animal walk. Easy peasy!

We love working with play dough in the clinic to help develop the hand and finger muscles needed for grasp development. Squeezing, pulling, rolling, pinching – all of these movements help strengthen the hand muscles. And they are fun!

These challenge cards are a great place to start if you want to help your child develop the muscles need for grasp development.

We've designed these cards to fit two challenges on a standard 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper. Print them on cardstock (or whatever paper you have on hand), and laminate for extra durability.
